Cross Bros. also developed a conveyor system

that brings finished cases to a central location for

easy palletizing. The system design took advantage

of overhead space in the room while still providing

clear access below. Cross's expertise in project

management allowed the system to be installed while

working around daily packaging activity to minimize

disruption and downtime.

Within a month of project completion, Signature Breads

had already saved $23,000 in cost savings which was

on target for their initial projections.
